Pit Stop: Spay and Neuter

Thank you for your interest in the Pitbull spay neuter program. This program is ONLY for breeds generally identified as Pitbulls and Pitbull mixes. After submitting an application you are required to submit, via mail or email, proof of income. If your total gross household income is $40,000 or more, you are ineligible. If approved Haven to Home covers the cost of spaying or neutering your Pitbull or Pitbull mix. We currently do not cover costs of vaccinations, physical exam, additional blood work or any additional OPTIONAL services you may choose to have done. Please see the below pricing guide for additional services. These will need to be paid upfront, prior to scheduling surgery.

All spay/neuter surgeries will be done at Animal Care Center in Danville, PA. You will be responsible for transporting.

Pre-Anesthetic Lab Work - $94.50

4DX - Test for Heartworm/Tick Diseases - $68.26
Lyme/Lepto combination vaccine - $57.76 ** If this is the first vaccine they have had, they will need a booster vaccine in 3-4 weeks(this will be an additional charge)
Bordetella vaccine (kennel cough) - $29.41
DHLPP Vaccine - $38.86 - **If this is the first vaccine they have had, they will need a booster vaccine in 3-4 weeks(this will be an additional charge)
AKC Reunite Microchip - Including Registration $20.00
Flea & Tick treatment, if needed, CAPSTAR (no charge)

**Rabies vaccine note: If your dog has a current Rabies vaccine or has received a Rabies vaccine in the past, you must provide a Rabies Certificate. If you do not, your dog will receive a Rabies Vaccine that is valid for 1 year.
