Update 1/30/2018:  Everyone who meets Piper -- LOVES her.  She is extremely affectionate and loyal to her "people".  She can play very nicely with other dogs.  However, we  believe she would do better as an only dog but in a home with children who will LOVE her.  She adores the children in her foster home but can be a bully about sharing attention with the other dog in the home.  She recently was the hit at a family party!

UPDATE 1/13/18:
Piper is in a new foster home where there isn't so much stimulation (smaller pack of pups).  She is doing great.  Playing nicely with a large friendly black lab (male) and cuddling with two loving human boys.  Her foster mom reports she a very sweet dog who has been sleeping with one of the boys and LOVES to cuddle while watching TV.  We believe that Piper would love to have some kind loving kids of her very own :)

UPDATE 1/6/18:  Piper is so disapppointed.  She was supposed to be adopted this weekend, but her adoption didn't happen through no fault of her own.  She is such a happy, loving dog who deserves a good home.  Her latest friend at her foster's home is a 7 lb chihuahua.  They are a cute pair.  Won't you consider giving this lovely girl a forever home in this New Year.

Piper Bea is a cute Beagle Bulldog mix.  She is 1 year old and is spayed, up to date with vaccines and is microchipped.  Piper Bea is currently being fostered in a fairly large group of dogs.  She loves to play with other friendly, active dogs.  Piper will do best in a home with a friendly, confident dog that matches her energy level.  She can be a bit of a bully with dogs who are submissive and retiring.

A home that will provide her with plenty of exercise and focus on her training is needed.  Her former owners could not provide her time and exercise.  She loves running and interacting with other dogs in a fenced in yard at her foster home.

Piper is curious and smart.  She greets new people appropriately in a friendly, happy manner.  She's  a great cuddler too!
