Sweet little Cowan is about 9 months and weighs 17 pounds. He appears to be a Dachshund/Basset mix. He was found as a stray standing in the middle of a busy road and no one has come forward to claim him. Cowan was kept safe and has gone to the vet's for vaccinations. He has an appointment to be neutered and then will be available for adoption. He seems to be good with dogs and children. Cowan has been started on interceptor (a broad spectrum dewormer that is also a heartworm preventative), and on advantix for flea and tick control. This guy is adorable and will make the right family a wonderful companion.
