I will love you forever! and be your SWEET, CUDDLY, LOYAL FRIEND

Mojo is a young, male dog that was found as a stray in very poor condition with sad boxer eyes, and cute tippy ears.  He should be about the size and coloring of a boxer, and we have been working on bringing his health back to normal so he can be neutered and move on to his forever home.

Mojo is currently fostered in a home with dogs of various sizes, cats, and rabbits, and he’s not been a problem with any of them.  He is curious about the cats, but doesn’t appear to want to hurt them and makes no effort to do so.  He loves to play with his boxer foster brother, run around outside, and take walks – although he needs some leash training, he’s made some progress and is learning to walk very politely for treats.

Mojo takes treats nicely, and loves to chew on bones, toys, hooves, horns, etc.  He also loves his crate and never fusses about going in or coming out.  He’s quiet and relaxed in his crate, and that’s good because Mojo isn’t quite ready to be unattended in the house.  Although he never gets into anything that's off limits when his humans are home – all bets are off when they aren’t! Mojo will get himself into trouble unattended – so an owner who is willing to crate him when they aren’t home, would be best.

Mojo a sweet cuddly boy, who is VERY affectionate. At first he seemed slightly timid and slow to warm up, but he's really blossoming as he is realizing he's safe now.  He often seeks love and attention from his humans, but he is not pushy and will go find a toy or a chew and will lay down if you’re busy.  He can be easily frightened and will need a gentle hand to trust.  He’s easy going and as long as another dog doesn’t try to take what Moe is eating – he’s just fine with that, and he doesn’t try to take what doesn’t belong to him either.  When Moe thinks he might like to go share what another dog is eating – he is easily redirected with a word.  He shares most toys, plays nicely, and stops what he is doing when asked.  He is learning a few basic commands, and his housebreaking has been very good with a few minor accidents here and there.

Mojo was clearly loved by someone once upon a time and he definitely wants to be someone’s family pet.  He could fit in well with a variety of people and other animals.

Mojo will be ready for a new home after April 3.  This is one very SPECIAL BOY!

Special Needs: Emaciated Weight 35 lb. Half what his weight should be
