Ducky is a Pomeranian/Cocker Spaniel Mix. Ducky had some medical problems when he first came to us but since has been cleared and is ready to find his forever home! Ducky is about 16 weeks old, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and will be adopted with a contract to neuter at 6 months old. He is mostly housetrained (working hard on this) and loves the company of the other big dogs in the house. His foster family has added him to the "follow club" in their home - he will follow you everywhere! He has a crate but he doesn't really like it and will cry when he has to be crated. He loves playing with the kids and other dogs in the fenced yard, and he loves just being outdoors in general! Because he is so social, we would like him to be adopted into a home with another dog. He has never lived with cats but since he is so young, he can most likely be taught to respect his feline friends. Are you looking for an active companion for you and your dog(s)? We are an all volunteer organization and do anticipate quite a few applications for this cutie ;)
Applications are the first step in the adoption process. Please do not call or email simply to express interest. We are all volunteers and receiving your application saves us time and helps to determine the best match for both people and dogs.

If you have additional questions or are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application. Once we receive your application someone will be in touch to answer your questions.
We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
