A SNUGGLE BUG IN A RUG!

“Jessie Renee” (her official name on vet records and our website) is just 7 months old and currently about 45 pounds.  While we have her listed as a boxer mix, she is a true Heinz 57.  Whatever breed she is, she is a real beauty.

Her foster mom has nicknamed her “Rosie” because she is beginning to bloom like a flower bud opening up.  Rosie came to us from an unstable home and is starting to feel safe and become more confident and less fearful.  Her playful puppy personality is blossoming; she is good for a laugh when she gets the zoomies and is the absolute best lap dog. Her foster calls Rosie a cuddle bug in a rug…or in your bed, or chair, or wherever you go. Rosie will be your shadow. If you leave home without her, an enthusiastic welcome home, whether you’re gone a few minutes or a couple hours, is guaranteed.

She is not presently living with any other animals, but a friendly, confident canine has the potential to be a good companion for her.  She has lived with teenagers, but because of her insecurities, a home with small children is not recommended.

A forever home that is calm with humans who will be consistent and patient will quickly earn Rosie’s trust.  She needs a place that will continue to make her feel safe and secure and keep her blooming in to the great companion she has the potential to be.

Rosie is crate trained and housetrained.  She is spayed and up to date on all her vaccinations, and micro-chipped.
