Hi, my name is Walter.  I am a young male Golden Doodle.  I am a pretty big boy weighing in around 40-45 pounds.  Don't you just love my coloring?  I came into rescue with little training.  I occasionally have an accident in my foster's kitchen, but my canine foster sister makes sure I go outside every few hours so I'm pretty well housetrained.  I don't love that metal wire thing that my MOM puts me in when she goes out without me.  In fact, I became quite an escape artists.  Good news--I wasn't destructive when I was loose in the house.  My Mom got a heavier CRATE and I'm a reluctant captive sometimes.  She says it is to keep me safe when she's out on errands.

I would be happiest with another friendly dog to play with--in fact, I would really miss having a furry friend.  My Christmas wish is also for a fenced yard where I can safely run.  My Mom lives near a busy road so I can't be loose in her yard; Mom does let me and my friend run around inside the pool fence sometimes when we need to ZOOM.

I will be neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.  I DO to be groomed about every 4-6 weeks or my hair will matt and get ugly.   When a doodle's hair matts - it's very uncomfortable - just ask me!

Apply soon, because I expect to be a very popular guy!
