Trixie is a young, full of life, sweet gal who is around 1 year old and weighs 25 lbs. She is a total mix, possibly shepherd/terrier.  She was found as an injured stray, but recovered nicely and she has no trouble running and romping and doing steps. She is a very energetic girl who loves attention and is affectionate. She is in a foster home with other dogs and has lived with a cat.  Because of her energy level, and issues with protectiveness at the door in her foster home, she needs an experienced dog owner.  Familiarity with herding and terrier type breeds would be a plus.  Agility training or obedience/behavioral classes would help this intelligent girl reach her full potential.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
