Little Orphan Annie was found as a stray in KY. Only because her KY rescuers were determined to save this little girl, was she able to come East to H2H to find a better life in a loving home. She is a happy little girl who plays hard and then wants to curl into a warm lap. She is happy, high energy and fun. Her exact age is hard to determine, but she's been given a DOB of 8/3/23. Annie is doing well with housetraining. If she can't get outside to the potty, she will use a puppy pad. Annie is good with her foster's grandchildren and their dogs. She loves her stuffie toys, and is crazy about balls. She'll entertain herself running and chasing her balls in the large fenced yard at her foster home. Annie really should have a home with a fence because only leash walking will not be enough for Annie--she needs to RUN. She LOVES RUNNING an she runs with JOY!. She enjoys the company of kids and other dogs.

Her foster Mom says loves to "NOSE DIVE" under the blankets on a cold night where she sleeps toasty and warm all night.

When her mom sits down to crochet or watch TV, Annie likes to cuddle between her legs on the lounge chair.

Won't you consider opening your heart and home to this little one who has suffered so much in her short life. She doesn't remember the bad times--she remembers and is grateful to her rescuers for better times.

She would love a family to walk, hike, and play ball with her. A family who will cuddle her in quiet times and love her forever!

Annie is spayed, microchipped and up to date with vaccines. She is currently on monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Apply today for this little sweetheart.

If you have additional questions or are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application. Once we receive your application someone will be in touch to answer your questions.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
