Buddy Bowie is an 18 pound terrier mix.  His fur is multiple shades of tans and browns, and so soft!  Throw in the cuteness factor and you have a living plush stuffed animal impersonator!

This boy walks well on a leash, knows to go outside to do his business, is a wonderful little snuggler, and is happy to be your co-pilot on road trips.  He is great with kids and has happily lived with a cat.  Buddy has quickly integrated into a new pack that includes old, young, big, small, male, and female.  He enjoys using the doggie door and the freedom that a fenced in yard allows him.  He asks to go out with a little high pitched bark and makes the best bed buddy!  

Buddy is up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, on monthly flea/tick/heartworm medication, and he is neutered.  This little guy has had to be re-homed due to no fault of his own.  With a broken heart, his original owner who has health and family issues, has asked for help in finding a new home for this nearly perfect little dog.  Buddy deserves a great forever home.  If you think he might be a good fit for your home, please apply to Haven to Home Canine Rescue. Applications are the first step in the adoption process. Please do not call or email simply to express interest. We are all volunteers and receiving your application saves us time and helps to determine the best match for both people and dogs. 

We provide as much information as we currently have on each dog in their description. For questions on the adoption process, including fees, please review the Adoption page. If you have additional questions or are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application. Once we receive your application someone will be in touch to answer your questions.
 
We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
