Rescue ~ Rehab ~ Rehome

Angel is coming back into our rescue due to no fault of her own.  She was adopted by a hearing impaired family who loved her very much.  However, due to a change in their lives, they are unable to keep Angel.  She has been a wonderful companion for them and their small children.  She knows voice command as well as hand signals.

Angel likes to play tug, fetch, running and anything else that allows her to be outside. she has never been aggressive in any way; not even with toys or food. 
 
Angel loves to ride in the car and go for walks. She gets along with most dogs but because she adores people, she would do better in a house where she can give you all of her love. She does quite nicely with cats and doesn't mind sharing attention with a family cat. 

Angel aslo makes a great watchdog; she will let you know if someone is coming, but I will greet a stranger nicely if you tell her it is ok.
Before being placed in this special household, Angel was evaluated by our dog trainer who thinks she is very intelligent and a great dog.  Angel deserves a stable forever home--won't you consider this lovely girl?
Angel is housetrained, crate trained, spayed, and up to date on her vaccinations. 

Note from Angel:  I am very sad to lose my home and I'm hoping that this New Year will find me in a loving forever home.  I don't ever want to lose my home again.

Applications are the first step in the adoption process. Please do not call or email simply to express interest. We are all volunteers and receiving your application saves us time and helps to determine the best match for both people and dogs. 

We provide as much information as we currently have on each dog in their description. For questions on the adoption process, including fees, please review the Adoption page. If you have additional questions or are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application. Once we receive your application someone will be in touch to answer your questions.
 
We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
