Faith needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping her get a new start?
Faith REALLY needs a foster home. She was found as a timid and insecure stray and this little girl needs help building her confidence. She is currently in an outdoor kennel because H2H has no foster homes available. She was named "Faith" because volunteers have FAITH that she will become less fearful and the sweet little dog inside will come out---and it's working! After a week at the kennel, she is excited to see the regular volunteers who come and is happy when they bring their own dogs to go along for a walk. She knows basic obedience: sit and shake, almost has “down”, and will sit and wait for her food or for the kennel gate to open. She is so willing to learn and please and will make an awesome, devoted companion. She would probably blossom in a training class. Faith is a very thin 25 lbs, but is gaining weight slowly, and appears to be a year or 2 old. She is housetrained and very loving and cuddly with those she trusts. She enjoys a good cuddle on a willing lap and rolling on her back in the grass. She rides fairly well in the car. Faith is up to date with vaccines and is spayed.
