Rescue ~ Rehab ~ Rehome

Dude is a young, neutered, Bassett Hound/Bulldog mix--approximately 1 1/2 yrs  old. What a unique looking dog!  This poor fella was found running on a highway with no collar and no ID.  What a happy and smart boy! He is so sweet and lovable!!  Dude still has a lot of puppy in him and is having a blast playing with his
doggy foster brother Bandit, the husky.  Dude's foster mom is working with him on basic obedience and teaching him not to jump up. Because Dude is young and energetic he will flourish and benefit in a home where his training will be continued. A home with no children is recommended as he can become a bit "mouthy" when he plays.  He does respond well to correction and strong leadership. He is just such a Handsome Dude and loves to have his belly rubbed!

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
