Dover is a neutered male Rottie Mix. He is approximately 5 1/2 years old (vet's estimate), and is such a great dog. He came to us extremely underweight and weakened from improper care. He is doing fabulous in his foster home and has already gained 14 pounds putting him around 83 pounds. Dover could potentially weigh close 80-85 pounds. He was insecure, quiet and reserved but after a few weeks of Tender Loving Care, good food, and meds to clear up an ear infection. He has begun to act like a puppy with much more energy and is initiating play with dogs in his foster home. He is turning into an amazing dog. He loves going for car rides, is really good on a leash, crate trained, and knows a few commands. He is currently going to a training class so that he "can be all that he can be :)". Dover is a great watch dog and companion. He takes treats very gently and easily gives up toys in his possession. He loves all dogs and cats. This guy will make a very special companion -- He's waiting for his forever home!
