Lola

I just wanted to send you an update on Lola... :)   She is the most amazing little girl.  She has learned her boundaries and very rarely crosses them, no matter what's on the other side with the exception of my neighbor WHO always has treats in his pocket for her and Sammy.  I have attached a picture of her and my grand babies.  SHE'S awesome with them.

This one is Lola cleaning off the strawberry juice off of Gabriel.. :)

Lucinda

Mazuna (formerly known as, Lucinda, one of the "L" black lab mix puppies) was adopted from Haven to Home Canine Rescue in the summer of 2011. She recently got a yellow lab sister, also a rescue, and their mom sent us some pictu res to show the new home they moved to with a big bag yard. She says: they love to play! every morning they chase one another around the shed in the back yard. Fortunately I live on a double lot and have a HUGE fenced in back yard. There are some other pics of them swimming in the river and lake here, as well as playing at the softball field on campus.

Lola

April 1, 2013

Hello Robin,

It's been a little while since I've talked with you. Just thought I would send you a photo that we took yesterday. Lola is still doing very good, she is now microchipped and lifetime licensed. We are working on boundary training and she's doing pretty good with that, but we have a neighbor who has chickens and bunnies and they are not always penned and end up on my property. That currently gives her a little (more than little) struggle, she's only following her instinct as a pup. Hope all is well with you and all your pups/kittens and finding great homes!!!

Talk to you soon!
Julie

Libby
Libby

I would like to just give an update on the German Shepherd- Libby that we adopted the end of May. Libby is doing well!! She loves her new home and she loves her new owner- my dad. She is very protective and obedient to him. Libby loves running in her big yard however she does not get along with other dogs or cats so right now she has to stay on a leash when she goes outside. We are very blessed to have rescued such a great dog!! She enjoys lounging around and chewing her bones. Libby does not jump on people or furniture and will sit and shake for a treat. She is doing great and absolutely loves her forever home. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to provide a forever home for her. She is a great addition to our family!!
