PRESENTING..... RUGER!
 
Ruger is a lab mix with some doodle, Elkhound and husky (check out his tail) in his blood line as well. He is a lovely foster and houseguest.
 
He is an energetic, sweet boy who just loves attention from his people. If there are snuggles to be had, he is first in line! Having the most beautiful eyes, he definitely has the "puppy-dog" look down pat!
 
Ruger is an excellent car companion and does well in a home with other dogs.  He is neutered, house trained, and walks well on a leash. Although the crate is not his favorite place, Ruger willingly crates up. Therefore, a home that won't require him to be crated for long hours would be ideal.
 
Due to his size, Ruger may be best in a home with children over 10 years of age.
 
If you are looking for a big love bug who is down for snuggles, likes long walks, and will be an overall wonderful canine companion, you have found your new best friend in Ruger!

Ruger is on monthly flea/tick/heartworm medication.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
