Chloe Lee is an adorable tricolored, ten pound, three-year old, female Havanese.  She spent her first three years in a breeding facility and sadly did not live in a home.  After just a week, this smart foster learned to do steps, use a doggie door, take treats, snuggle in a bed, watch TV in a warm lap and to love and bond with her new family.  She has been clean in the house with frequent trips outdoors.  Walking on a leash is a work in progress.  Riding in a car is now a treat.

Chloe Lee easily adapted to being a part of a pack of six dogs that include male, female, big and small.  When cat tested, she could have cared less about the cats who were bigger than she is.  Chloe is sweet tempered, if a little shy, when meeting new people.  

If you love a dog that will forever look like a soft little puppy and is easy to scoop and go, please apply today to be considered as Chloe Lee’s forever home.  She will be brought up to date on shots, tested for heartworm, microchipped and spayed on October 12, 2025. Chloe will be ready to go to her forever home after a recuperation period.

Chloe is on monthly flea/tick/heartworm preventatives.

Applications are the first step in the adoption process. Please do not call or email simply to express interest. We are all volunteers and receiving your application saves us time and helps to determine the best match for both people and dogs. 

We provide as much information as we currently have on each dog in their description. For questions on the adoption process, including fees, please review the Adoption page. If you have additional questions or are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application. Once we receive your application someone will be in touch to answer your questions.
 
We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
